Bob Pair, PT, MS
Mr. Pair received his BS at the University of Oregon and his MS at USC in 1979. Through his career Mr. Pair has developed experience in a wide variety of clinical settings: orthopedic, neurologic, and geriatric predominately. Currently Mr. Pair's focus has been on the management of industrial services, testing and rehabilitations. Mr. Pair has been blessed with 5 children: Bobby, Brie, Brooke, Jacob and Addison.
Mike Marotta, PT
Mr. Marotta received his Bachelor of Health Sciences in Physical Therapy at California State University, Fresno, 1978. Mike specializes in evaluation and treatment of sport related injuries. Mike is certified through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and is a member of their sports medicine chapter. He is an avid cyclist and proud parent of Mason and Jaime.
Linda Gutcher, PT
Linda has been with Pair & Marotta for 13 years. She is a graduate of CSU Long Beach. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and is a member of the orthopedic section of the APTA. She is Pediatric Specialist with the California Children's Services (CCS) and a member of the International Academy of Dance, Medicine and Science with over 11 years experience treating dance injuries. Linda is also the president of Imagine Ballet Company in Bakersfield, where she lives with her husband, Tom, and two daughters Laura and Sarah.
Aaron Gillies, CSCS, YCS
Aaron has been with Pair & Marotta since 2006. He earned his BS degree in Exercise Science from CSU Bakersfield. He is a member of the ACSM, NSCA as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), as well as a Youth Conditioning Specialist (YCS) with the Int. Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA). Aaron specializes in youth sports training and conditioning and post-therapy wellness/return to sport. He and his wife, Tiffany are new parents to their daughter, Lucy.
Linda "Bailey" Mather, OTR/L, CHT
Linda CHT began her association with Pair & Marotta Physical Therapy in 1994. In 1976 she received a BS degree in Occupational Therapy. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association. Linda has also been a member of the Society of Home Therapist since 1984, and has been a Certified Hand Therapist since 1991.
