Burn & Build Circuit Training
Sometimes the small group setting is just the way to go. Motivate and be pushed by your peers to break through barriers and have a blast doing it! Our circuit training sessions are written out every month to give you a highly structured workout plan you can take advantage of up to six days per week. We focus on different movement patterns with variations and progressions to ensure you aren’t over-training muscle groups and helping get past plateaus. With classes going on in the mornings and evenings, we are sure to find something to best accommodate your schedule. Class scheduling starting August 21, 2017 (All classes are 55 minutes long unless noted):
- Monday – Friday: 4:45 am, 5:45 am, 6:45 am, 8:30 am, 5:30 pm, 6:30pm (No 6:30pm class on Fridays)
- Tuesday – Thursday: Lunch time blast from 12:15-12:45 pm (30 min class)
- Saturday: 9:00 am
Our Athlete PASS (Power, Agility, Speed, Strength) program is an personalized workout for athletes 12+ looking to improve their performance. All athletes go through a full evaluation before the start and are re-tested every four weeks to monitor progress and program modification if necessary. Programs are written out in 12-week phases with each phase containing three 4-week cycles. The phase you start in depends on your sport(s), time of year, and other individual needs discussed during the evaluation process.
- All workouts are supervised by a performance specialist
- 2-, 3-, and 4-day per week workouts available
- Performance evaluations every four weeks (initial evaluation is free!)
- Workout binders provided
- Nutritional counseling available
- Approximately 60 minutes per session (no time limit)
